Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms.

• Counterparty and operational risks
• Currency and geopolitical risks

• You will conduct your own due diligence before making any investments

• You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• You understand and accept all risks associated with digital assets and blockchain technology

Our Services are available only to:

• Persons not subject to economic sanctions or prohibited person lists

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
